I have a prototype oil field database application that I want to have built into a web based application. This application will be offered as a software-as-a-service to various oil companies. This application will be quite complex and require someone who can take my specification and build the database and front end from the ground up. This requires someone who can grow with the project and possibly end up managing the entire application, as I am a business user and do not have the skills to do so.
