Im needing a call log list build for my Marketing company. We have various telemarketers that do daily calls to sell advertising. We need something to log our calls so we do not call clients more than once. Also having notes, a reminder, and contact info (IE Contact Person, Phone Number, Email Address, Fax Number and a Sales Agent ID, Do not call back *check box*, Return their call*check box*, Left Msg on machine*check box*, Left msg with person*check box*, Requested email*check box* ) placement. Admin section, So the admins can view the work done by the agents, And other agents are able to search the records by phone number, Business listing. Daily records list, Agents are able to keep a daily print out record of their work done, Sales created. I may request it to be installed if its to complex for me, Addition fees will be paid at that time if needed. Scripts must completed in a timely matter, And may require numerous corrections before payment is ...
