Hi, We have a Kayako installation and we need some help customizing it. People are finding it too complicated to reach us for support. They want to just to ask for help. I would like the form for submitting a ticket to appear right on the home page. Ideally the form on the home page would have fields for: name email confirm email Phone Desired password: Description of Issue: enter text you see in graphic We also need someone to figure out why emails sent to our support address are not creating tickets and verify our outbound responses are getting through. Must be very familiar with Kayako admin and understand Pop3/smtp and other email related technology. Thanks, ready to go on this ASAP. ...
