in need of a Support Desk script similar like it to be improved with many more GREAT features! The script needs to be secure, yet easy to access for admin, staff, and of course the user. Instead of logging in for the single ticket, like the user to have a which then means they only need to remember the 1 set of login details. The additions and improvments will be easy for a programmer, and will bring out the skill of which they have. This script will continue to be upgraded, so you will need to be in contact while we go through this process each and every time. As well as coding this script, you must integrate some special admin sections were the admin can easily add a new header/footer at the touch of a button. This includes ALL or most of the graphic elements of the script. I have a crew ready to beta-test the script were they will find any bugs that happen to be active. You will then sort, even add any new features and that will be Version 1 complete ready for launch. IMPORTANT: Please only bid if you can show me similar scripts written via PM. Thanks and happy ...
