Our current project is a Facilities Management application. The client has desktop users that access our system sitting on their server. Desktop users record phone calls from clients, generate quotes and if these are accepted convert the quote to an order which is a Job. The Jobs are then given Site visits/calls and assigned to one of their engineers. The Engineer is sent the Site visit/call information to his PDA (Samsung Galaxy Ace device).
