I have one PSD file for one home page that need to be sliced, cut, HTML(Divs) and CSS created. Must work across all major browsers. Page centered, with BG color as set in PSDs. HTMLs must be nested perfectly in HTML source (very very clean HTML). All style definitions should be located inside CSS style sheet - No in-line styles. If possible, please avoid using images as backgrounds. I would prefer the images be referenced in the HTML with tags. JPG of the PSD file is attached. ...
