I need an application that will use a smartphone to measure a users heart rate. This application will be similar to the Azumio Instant Heart Rate application that you can find on the iPhone store or the Android Market. It uses the camera and the video light to measure heartbeats. The user puts their finger over the camera lens, and the program reads the variations in color as the blood pulses in their finger.
