I need a mod for VBulletin 4 (currently version 4.0.0 but must work with all versions of VB 4.x). Basically the MOD will have 2 features: 1)- It will allow our Members for one Category of our VB4 forum (6-7 sub-forums) whenever they Post a New Thread, it will take users to paypal page and after payment, thread will be posted.
