there are features that require certain features to be added and some that can not go with others.
there are about 92 features in all in a total of about 7 or 8 categories.
the output will be either a sql insert statement or a xml feed. we can talk more about this.
this needs to be built with php and mysql.
it has to be built where i can add additional features and not break the system.
i need this to be done asap. asap meaning with in 24 hours.
