Reports should display two or more child rows for each parent row. For example, a report that shows course instructors are approved to teach would display each instructor with 2 or more courses that instructor is approved to teach. If you need to add data you may do so. Create a report using the wizard or based on an SQL query that that shows Courses that instructors are approved to teach. The form should be created in Access, and should be representative of one of the major entities in the database.
