I need to upgrade my PHP mailer with some new feature.. so i need a good programmer that knows php mailer and alot about smtps 1.. I would like the smtp option to have TSL optional just like the SSL optional on it 2. I will like to fix the attachment section.. only one attachment is working out of the 4 space for attachment. 3.
