I am looking for a quote to develop a site which can be seperated into various sections/chapters based on zipcode or location. Each chapter would have their own message board, ad section and member section. The whole thing would be controlled by an admin who would post to a national section from which users could connect to their local area. Each local area would have own admin. Hope that makes sense.
