running PostgreSQL 8.3. I rebooted the server yesterday and PostgreSQL did not start. I attempted to start in WHM and while it says it is starting it does not. I have no idea why as it worked perfect before the reboot. This project is only to do the following. Fix postgreSQL issue that is keeping it from starting and make sure it is again connecting to the search form.
