For experienced Virtuemart experts only. Fix a known bug in Virtuemart. Problem seem to occur in the checkout pages of all multi currency shops. When a customer changes currency after choosing the shipping method, the shipping total and the fixed coupon value is not updated on the screen. This also affects the amounts stored in the database.
