We run a small contracting company and want to develop something better than a simple Excel spreadsheet to manage our jobs. The new program should be able to hold and manage data such as customer name, original booking date, scheduled booking date, tick a box once a follow up call has been made etc with the date and time listed that this was done, the materials allocated to the job with parameters to sort this data and export the results to Word or Excel.
